A recently submitted photo, shows a creature just breaking the water. Spotted close to the dam, it broke the surface 6-7 times and the individual was able to close in and get a photo.

A recently submitted RAY photo.
A creature can be seen breaking the surface. The photograph was
taken close to the dam. "We could see something in the distance that kept coming to the surface. As we got closer, it looked to be at least 20 ft. long. It surfaced about 6-7 times and we were able to get one good photo."
